June Offering

In celebration of our new class offerings, throughout the month of June all classes will be only $5 each!  This is my way of saying thank you to all for your continued support.

My wish is for everyone to experience health and wellness at their own time and pace. Not all wellness journey’s look the same but are all equally important.  This is the perfect opportunity for you to explore new classes and to bring friends and family with you to begin their own journey of being and wellbeing.

 

Breathwalk

This is a special series only being offered throughout the Summer and early Fall months.  On the second Saturday of each month at 8:30am, join us for the unique experience of Breathwalk. Combining walking and breath techniques that help us to reduce stress and fatigue, increase strength, endurance and focus and to challenge our bodies and minds all while enjoying the beautiful and serene Constitution Hill Park scenery.  Nature. Nurture. Breathe.

$12 per session

Rise and Shine Yoga        Saturdays at 9:30am

This energetic all levels class is sure to keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Rise in the morning to increase your energy reserves in order to shine throughout your day.  The perfect kick off to your weekend.

$15 per class

Gentle Yoga                             Saturdays at 2pm

This practice is pure stress relief and relaxation. Melt into your own body with gentle movements to nurture and nourish your joints, muscles, heart and mind. Ending each class with yoga nidra, a guided relaxation technique, that will leave you feeling as if you’ve just awoke from the deepest sleep. Leaving you relaxed, restored and full of ease.

Sunday Spirit                    Sundays at 2pm

June: The Joy of Life

Join us on Sundays for a fun and inspiring all levels practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and deep relaxation with the Paiste gong, all infused with an uplifting and thought provoking theme sure to lift your spirits and prepare you for the week ahead.

This month we explore practices that leave us feeling joyful and renewed by activating our glandular system, calming our nervous system and opening and extending our heart energy through ourselves, onto others and to the world.
